Fostering Mental health in Schools
The Education Commission of Jaipur Diocese organised a three day 'Capacity building Program for Principals' from 20th June -22 June and I was invited to address the gathering of about 30 school principals on 'Fostering mental health and wellbeing in Schools'. It was a wonderful experience of sharing and discussion on various concerns related to the psychological wellbeing of staff and students in various educational intuitions and the measures that can be taken to address the same.
I am grateful to the Education Commission of Jaipur Diocese for the invitation and for taking an initiative towards understanding and enhancing the psychological wellbeing in educational institutions.

Time management and Goal Setting
At the onset of the academic session an orientation program was organised at St Anselm’s North City school, Jaipur for 400 students of IX and X standard. I was invited to take sessions on goal setting and time management .It was a wonderful experience interacting with the young minds. I am Grateful to Rev. Fr Paul Pulickal (Principal) for the invitation.
